Long ago ,a king named Gilgamesh was bored.He was 1 third human and 2 thirds god.Something was troubling him that he could not live forever or that he cound not fly was on his mind.Then all of a sudden a man named Eduike well the wild man came and ate my sheep!The king was upset with this .But then as time went on the wild man and the king got to be close friends.Then they took on adevtures together.Then one day they went to Cedar Forest and they wanted to find the demon everyone says thats in the forests so being the strong guy they are they weent off to find the demon.After they got there in 15 days . They heard a weird noise .It was the demon.So they stared to fight with the demon.Then all of a sudden the king cut the demons head off like nothing.When they were coming back Eduike got sick.Then he passed. The king did not want to go like his friend so he went on a misson.The king went on a mission to live forever.But it didn't happen because the tasks he finish them.For example he was supposed to not sleep for 6 days and 7 nights but as soon as the man that can live forever stopped talking the king fell asleep.So after all the king would never live forever.The message for this story is that u can never live forever.Also that life must go on.Another reasonis that if u live forever u will miss your famliy.Also you will never be abl to rest.You will not be human.Also it is not realist.that is what I think of the message.I really don't think he is a hero because he just plays with Eduike.Also he not really a person to look up to .If you were a hero you would have powers .So this is what I think of Gilgamesh being a hero or not.
